We've implemented a range of new procedures and enhanced cleaning protocols with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local governments.
Your room is yours during your stay. No one will enter unless there is an emergency situation. Additional towels and amenities plus housekeeping service during your stay will be available upon request.
We have elevated our already rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.
Guestrooms to remain unoccupied for a minimum of 48 hours before checking in a new guest.
We are elevating our existing stringent cleanliness protocols, cleaning surfaces in the Living Room and other high-traffic areas with increased frequency utilizing recommended cleaning agents from the CDC.
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at the hotel entrance, front desk, the elevator banks, and meeting spaces.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain distancing.
Public space layouts, including our restaurant, will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing.
Elevator occupancy is reduced to 2 people maximum or one household.
Check-in and check-out process will be contactless when possible, with distancing requirements and frequent cleaning of front desk and surrounding area. Room keys will be disinfected before being handed to the guest.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
We’re in the process of adjusting our food and beverage offerings to adhere to CDC and local government guidelines. Please check the website for periodic updates.
Valet service and self-park options are available. Our team will be available to assist with self-parking if requested by the guest.
In addition to increased cleaning and sanitization, our fitness center will permit a maximum of 3 guests at one time to allow distancing.
