IS THERE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?
To best accommodate both Alumni Weekend and Commencement celebrations taking place over the same weekend, minimum stay requirements vary by arrival date and anticipated demand and are subject to change based on room type and availability.

DO I PAY NOW OR LATER?
A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required to secure your reservation and is charged at the time of booking. The remainder of the stay will be charged on Thursday, January 21, 2027.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ROOMS APPEAR SOLD OUT OR MY PREFERRED DATES AREN’T SHOWING AS AVAILABLE?
If your preferred dates are not showing availability, please contact our hotel team directly for the most up-to-date information, as inventory may change as additional reservations are modified or released.
WILL THERE BE A WAITLIST?
We expect so. Once the hotel has reached full capacity for the weekend, we will implement a waitlist managed through phone or email inquiries. Guests will be added in the order their requests are received, and will be contacted directly as reservations become available. Those remaining on the waitlist will also receive periodic updates and reminders throughout the academic year as availability changes.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made before Thursday, January 21, 2027 will receive a full refund of the deposit with no cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled on or after the 21st are non-refundable.
